Not at all. Thierry Henry played at clubs where he wasn't always the focal point of everything, and won at those clubs, and won with his national team while actually scoring goals for them.
Totti played for a consistently mediocre Roma and won almost nothing in his entire career there. He was the focal point of that team always, and play was directed towards and through him, which explains his high number of goals and assists, but also explains why Roma never won anything, even though they consistently spent quite a bit of money.
TO see just how blatant the difference is, one just has to look at a stage where Totti wasn't the focal point of attack in every match. The national teams.

Totti is an overrated and glorified Di Natale. Nothing more.
