I can see where you are coming from. However, my only guess is - if you spend 70m on someone you have to 100% start him. You have to start Dybala and Higuain and Pjanic. Perhaps Allegri is not sure he can start all of them while playing BBC. Or perhaps, we don't think its prudent to spend that kind of money after spending 90m on Higuain. I suspect its more the latter.
I don't see what is the problem in spending 70M on one player after we have already spent 90M on Higuain. Juventus is a company and it's run like one, and the success is measured in won trophies, which you can't win if you don't invest into players. And -30M€ net spent is probably easily acceptable for a club like Juve.
