Offer 45-50m plus Pereyra. He wants to go there anyways according to his agent.

And all of Inter had a bad season. He is still really young.
My problem is with the valuation of a 29 yo. 50+Pereyra is still 68m, if reports of Napoli's Pereyra deal to be believed.
I didn't say Icardi is bad. I said it's not Beppe's style. He should, and usually does, use these kind of things to bring the price down.

Beppe has stepped out of his comfort zone this summer, though.

If Beppe 'invests' big on someone, it's usually on young players. I'm inclined to believe the Icardi bid. Having said that, I won't be surprised at all if we don't spend big money on a CF if Zaza's sold.

How ?

He bought Pjanic for a reasonable sum. Actually below his market value if you ask me.

Paying the release clause required him to drop the full payment at once. He hasn't done that before.

Plus if Pjaca happens, thats another 25m on a player with Potential. Dybala was one thing but they watched him over and over again. Different with Pjaca

We still don't have enough evidence that it was a full payment. Details were undisclosed.

And dropping 25M on potential in 2016 is about same as dropping 15M on potential in 2010.

I wouldn't necessarily say he's gone out of his comfort zone to make deals happen. Going out of your comfort zone for Beppe would be dropping 50M on a player if you ask me.

50M for Icardi from Juve - I wonder if she is lying or is he lying...
Seriously now - We need a great striker to replace Morata - Pjaca is nice but isnt exactly the support stiker or a box striker but rather a skillful attacking midfielder
Barbosa - If serious he could be a good addition

As for Zaza we could easily replace him with a cheaper option!

You don't understand what I'm saying it seems. When we defend deep and a team is pressuring us (like vs Bayern this season), you want to bring the ball forward as fast as you can after you win it and threaten them on the counter. Remember how Morata carried the ball out on our 2nd goal? Do you think Pjanic could do that? Pjanic is a guy that will try to send a pass to a running Cuadrado as fast as he can to launch the counter, he definitely wont try to dribble past 3-4 players, because with his lack of pace we won't be able to start a counter effectively. Moussa Sissoko wont try to play a Pirloesque pass that he can't play, he will instead push the ball forward and take it out of the danger zone that way. He has the speed to do so and the strength to fight off players that are challenging and pressuring him. This is a type of CM that we currently dont have on our bench, and would definitely be useful if he was ever needed. Also, why do you assume I want him to start? We have 4 fantastic CMs and it will take quite the player to be ahead of either of them. He will come as 5th/6th CM, depending on how fast Lemina develops
If we are considering Sissoko we're nuts. He's not any better than Pereyra, on the contrary. And a 50 metres run as you are suggesting there is very rare. Plus most of the time it would be an attacker or winger doing that. Still; Pogba can, Asamoah can, Dybala can, Cuadrado can, Pjaca can, Dani Alves can, Alex Sandro can and yeah maybe even Pjanic can... I don't see any need to add a blind horse as a CM.

How many times have you seen all these players do it? Once you remember go and rewatch the EURO final and come again

Like the saying goes It is better to have your birdie in your hand that AIDS in your ass.

Don't get Higuain Beppe pleaaaaase I am begging you
Yeah.. We wouldnt want to be too good...
If Higuain is available for a nice price I am all for it but since Higuain wont cost less than 65M after lots of discounts and probably only abroad I`d skip on him as he is good but he isnt Messi or something!
