You forget the situation

Sanchez, Cavani, Lewandowski..

The first is south american who plays in a reputed league, and has all the cash so you cant convince him with trophee's

the second has all the cash and a world class team he'll now lead

the third is at an equal team thats richer

Higuain ? Plays at some dump and has a loco brother-agent.

Its not about Napoli or DeLau. Its about convincing the brother. He'll wreck shit up next.

After all, they called gonzalo fat
1st, how do you know he cant be convinced. you just make assumptions here

2nd, he earns just above 8M gross (no idea how much NET is that) per year at Arsenal, so if we dont pump his wages up he wouldnt even be highest paid player here. from the financial point, we can definitely afford him, its all about if hes willing to come here, which we DONT know

I don't think Gabigol is all that, I used to watch him a few years ago and thought he was good but utterly unpolished. Those years have passed and he still looks like an unpolished product to me with not the best decision making.

But then he's just a fucking kid, a 19 years old kid, it's normal to look unpolished, he shown promise and is arguably the most talented player to come out of Santos after Neymar... Then you think of 18M which is not much in today's market, it's nothing really, and the possibility of him becoming a good/ great player and how much more he would be worth in say 3 years. Then maybe it sounds like a great deal we shouldn't pass on.

If we have alot of money to burn, why not try for Obama the younger? Dortmund are in selling mood and clubs who would pay big for him all seem to have settled their affairs for attack (with the exception for PSG who would suit him).

He would cost insane money and is mostly counter attack striker, but would be fantastic. Young and deadly, looking for big move, and can have Gabon dance offs with Lemina after every goal lol.

Added bonus of being a player with quite tacky dress code style to piss off the Fab five clique in this forum lol.

18m is a no brainer for talent like this (we signing a croat 21 year old for 25m, how the heck can we get 18m for younger player who is in Brasil NT?). Question is if it will really take that low of a figure?

Who tho? Everyone plays with 1 CF, besides Arsenal no one has space for him? Ibra, Aguero or Costa /Michy.

He would be upgrade for Chelsea but they just spent 42m for backup striker, no room for reshuffling.

Only official interest (besides City months ago) has been Atletico who said to bid 60m. Surely we can compete with them, if we were interested and have huge liquid assets after Zaza sale.

Trouble starts if PSG wanted him tho if we were gunning for him.
We should at least poke about,

but, napoli has cash soon...

Obama is a signing for PSG, City and the likes. Unless you want to sell Pogba and use the money to sign him, then you can proceed fantasizing about him.

would be mispaced in serie A
Meh, I dont buy that, he is extremely pacy, but thats not all he is about. Quite technical and creates for others plenty by simply creating space for himself. Grown to fairly complete all around attacker past 2 years. But most importantly he is very instinctive finisher so he would be extreme asset for that, sniffs out chances in box easily while being deadly outside it too.
