Juventus Director Giuseppe Marotta was interviewed by Sky Sport where he made the following statement regarding the Bianconeri's dealing in the transfer window.
"Morata? We've met with Florentino Perez but we didn't speak about Morata so we postponed that discussion until next week when we'll have a new meeting. This meeting served to clarify Morata's position as well as evaluate other opportunities with Real Madrid. If we're optimistic? Morata is a player who we believe in but Real have the option which hangs over him like the Sword of Damocles. We're looking to bring him home yet again. We will take the players wishes into consideration, which makes us proud, but then we have to see what Real's interests are too."
The meeting next week could also involve other Real Madrid players: "Meeting to discuss Morata is part of the dynamics of the transfer market and maybe other interesting situations could arise. Mascherano and Andre Gomes? They are two very interesting players but it's two difficult deals.
I can say that we will remodel the squad with few deals but instead they will be of high quality" Marotta concluded.
The quantity over quality days are finito

Especially with how limited the squad size is becoming.
