Am i the only one who thinks that Cuadrado is much more important than Moratta? Cuadrado gives our game a whole new dimension, and we need him badly!! We do not play with fantasy, we really need these kind of players to give some creativity!!

Replacing him with alves i terible! We need sppeed!!!

Getting Alves & Mascherano is great considering the price. Alves is more versatile than Cuadrado in that he could definitely fullback & wingback, but I still think Cuadrado offers game breaking ability that is unique in serie A - I don't want to see him leave. That being said, unless Allegri decides 4-4-2 or 4-3-3 is his system, Cuadrado will spend a lot of time on the bench.

Adding these two should free up transfer funds without a doubt. If Morata goes, Berardi isn't the replacement. I honestly don't know if Berardi will be an impact player on our team yet. If ok with selling Zaza for Pelle if the cash generated is solid, because it could be invested in the Morata replacement.

Finally for the midfield. There is only one man in my mind. Pony up the cash, buy James Rodriguez, sell jerseys, and acquire a true world class attacking player who is only 24.

Cuadrado is quicker, and I want to keep him, but really thats his only advantage, in case you mean that in game breaking ability? Alves is both fantastic dribbler, high technique, solid defensively, and most important of all he is one man creating machine down the wing (big difference in their abilities to create for others). He suits both patient possession play and on the break runs behind defends, both with the ball and without. Excells at long balls, through balls, crosses. Essentially a playmaker in wingback role that plays with more intelligence then the Colombian. He has quite a bit in his arsenal even in his older age.

Cuadrado is essentially more of a on the break forward that Alves isnt, but latter is clever and decisive on the pitch in a way Cuadrado isnt, because he is kind of individualistic as heck and his gameplan tends to be beat your next man and see what happens repeated several times over.

If the choice was keep Cuadrado or sign Alves, I would choose the Colombian due the 5 year age difference (and that Cuadrado is such a firecracker, adds urgency and drive that older Alves doesnt have much anymore), but its not as simple as that, and we have bigger priorities then us keeping Cuadrado no matter.

Short summary: I rate Alves end product alot higher then Cuadrado's (except him to do more then the Colombian for a season if he has the right motivation), but still rather keep Johnny Square instead if it was possible.

Our boy @dann10 was super quick making this clip for sure, very complete fullback:

Alves, Mascherano, Pjanic, Gomes.

All these players we've been linked to would bring in tremendous ammount of quality.

Getting two of them would be great.

He is a 100 years old but yes I wish we sign him...
Reports say he is on his way to the MLS but IMO he is returning to Milan

Alves - who knows but I wouldnt bet on it
Mascherano - Dont be too optimistic...
Pjanic - Very possible the question is how much do we want him (I mean the management...)
Berardi - will come Marotta already said so

I meant with respect to Juventus. Cuadrado really is only appropriate in our 3-5-2 formation, while Alves will be useful in both the 4-3-1-2 and 3-5-2. If we play a modified 4-4-2, Cuadrado could also work, but it felt like that formation was used more out of necessity.

If we played a 4-2-3-1, or 3-4-3, or a 4-3-3, Cuadrado would be more versatile.

Could see Mascherano being more of a squad player as a back up to Marchisio in a 4312 or Bonucci in a 352.
Unless we use Pogba as a treq, which has been suggested but seems unlikely, with a midfield of

Khedira Mascherano Marchisio
Pogba
