I like Lanzini for sure, but Payet looks insanely ideal for our Nr 10 needs. It won't be easy but it would be kinda sad if a West Ham player would be impossible to get.

Them wanting to badly keep him and him being 30 are cons, but everyone exaggerates too much with prices, he would cost fair bit but not that figure. Also if they miss CL and a big club comes for him I could see him pushing to move.

Khedira is nothing special, can't do anything really well but he's disciplined, smart and of course lucky, lucky to have been picked by mourinho to do what was a very tactical job which mainly relied on his athleticism which is hardly there anymore with all the injuries, but really he's a success story imo that anyone mildly physically gifted with the right approach, and some luck can be a pretty successful professional football player
Khedira is an extremely intelligent player. I think you're downplaying what that requires. He knows when to make a run and when to hold back. He knows how to time a run. He recognizes early players out of position and covers up that space. In addition, you've probably noticed, he never passes to a teammate which will put that player in a difficult situation.

He's decent pushing the ball up due to his strength. He can pass in traffic. Good in the air defensively. You can point to the injuries when you critisize him, but when he plays he's great. You're not playing regurarly under Mourinho and Low if you're average. At this level, as we saw against Bayern, games are decided by tiny mistakes. He simply doesn't make those.

If a player like Momo Sissoko with his physical attributes had 1/10 of the football IQ Khedira has he would've been a Juve legend.

Payet is just sick. But that would not be an investment we would make. We need to find the next Payet.
Still just a West Ham player tho.

France wise either of the youngsters Thomas Lemar or Ousmane Dembele could be interesting. Tho later is too attention grabbing and pricey right now probably.

I do not think it will be good thing to sign saponara. Allegri prefered boateng to be his AM in milan than him.
Lol Allegri himself asked the mighty galliani to bring him Saponara.
Iirc Saponara got his fair chance like other youngster like de sciglio.
Elsharawy became starter because he's delivered consistently in first half of season, and milan got crappy player as his subtitute.
And when u get boateng (good enough at those times), why you should starting inexperinced saponara.
That's classic allegri, introduce youngster slowly like morata, dybala, and rugani.

James》Isco》Saponara》Oscar
Isco ahead saponara just because the hype around him. I haven't see him enough to give a judgement, oscar stagnated since his wonder goal against us, and we got very tiny, if not none chance to sign james in the near future.

We ought to get Benatia while we can/if we can. Rugani - Bonucci - Benatia would be ideal post BBC. I can't think of a better center half within Marotta's reach.

No thanks. Dude seems to be perennially injured. We have plenty of those already.
