For CB we should promote Romagna, he'll be HG and is promising.

I think we'll get Lapadula(HG) and Zaza will leave.

No need to get someone like Benatia who's injury prone anyways, I'd rather give Romagna a chance.

We need a proven CB, not a 19 year old prospect.
Do we? Assuming we switch to a back four, we'll have Bonucci, Barzagli, Rugani, Chiellini.

Barzagli and Chiellini are old and injury prone but should still play a handful of games. I'd give the chance to Romagna.

The club's name is Juventus for fuck's sake, which means youth in Latin. If we never give a chance to our own youth products, we might as well change the club's name as far as I'm concerned.

But wouldnt it be better for him to get loaned out 1st and play regularly instead of going directly from primavera to competing with BBCR? If we don't suffer more than 2 serious injuries he would never play anyway

Look at how long it took Rugani to be fully integrated. What makes you think that a 19 year old is suddenly going to get those chances next year?

But you shouldn't assume. We should not switch to a permanent formation. It would be a step backwards from what we're doing today. Changing between a 352 and 4312 is one of our weapons which makes us great.

Both Barzagli and Chiellini showed us that they can't be remain fully healthy for long. That's worrying. All our CBs except for Rugani are over 30s. That's not a good sign. Having said this, I still believe we have the best defense in Europe when everyone is fit, and you don't replace them with a 19 year old nobody when they're not.

Very promising according to many.
So you haven't seen him play and want him to be with the first team?

He doesn't have to and he probably won't. He needs to be there just in case. We have to somehow fill those 4 HG places. You promote the best kids you have. I see no other way.

Ok ok, send him on loan and get a short term solution like Benatia. Happy?

We're getting Lapadula I think.
I never said anything about Benatia. I'm all for getting a young CB, but he has to have some experience as well. Someone in the 23-24 range

Well, with the massive injury problems we suffered in defense, and with the majority of them only getting older and slower, we have to do something
