Sorry, but both Hernanes and Vazquez has had 16 goals and 20 assists season?
No, and neither has Mkhi, because you cannot extrapolate his assist&goal average for the entire season.
Vasguez and Hernanes had similar seasons at much, much inferior teams, in a much harder league to score, opposite to the very goal friendly bundesliga.
Mkhi is 27, and the best he ever did before was 9+10, again with a MUCH better team in the trigger happy bundesliga.

He is having a streak, carried by awesome players. Lets not make the mistake both Inter and Juve did with Hernanes.

Where does 16 goals and 20 asissts come from? According to whoscored he just has 8 goals and 9 assists.
Osman extrapolates his g+a from the current number of games, to the full season.

Wich never works, it would see Higuain score nearly 40 goals this season

Vazquez is gettable, but for a reason at 27. I'm not yet to be truly impressed him, technical skills and vision but not enough to elevate him to more then he is for me right now. And yes predictable because even he is strong close quarter dribbler who dazzles technically, you pretty much know the zones he is limited to. Not very athletic or mobile kinda guy (I watched Palermo quite a bit last season for Dybala, Vazquez did not justify the hype to me to be someone for top level). Also for me his skill level doesnt justify the free roaming role he requires to express himself as SS type. He is pretty one note type of AM/forward. Seen him play for Azzurri, and how much out of his element he was, couldnt express himself at all in any way/adapt to his surroundings.

If he joined as backup, it would be fine, but I dont forsee him being starter level for us.

You know, it's preferred to know what you talking about before replying.

36 goals is his involvement for the full season so far. Regardless of how much of is Vs EL small teams, it's very very impressive numbers.

According to L'Equipe, Juventus are very interested in PSG striker Edinson Cavani but Man United are the favorites to sign him.

Zach,

Miki was exception at Shakhtar too.

He basically averaged a goal every other game, Hernanes nor Vazquez have ever done that.

United won't be favourites to sign such a player with no CL.
I think its an old recycled rumor anyway seeing the Morata rumors being reported just about everywhere now.

Cavani's wages(10m net) and PSG's asking fee would be a massive problem. Not convinced PSG would let him go coz Ibra is leaving and they'd probably look to sign a wide attacker like Griezmann or Hazard that'd move Cavani back to his preferred CF role.

Its unrealistic and i dont believe it.

Prefer to have a younger striker/forward if Morata is leaving.

Cavani should stay there, like you say he has the CF spot next year. Guaranteed championship and CL run every year, stupid money.

He'll extend his contract with Borussia and he has a good rapport with his coach(Tuchel).Imo dont think he'll leave especially now that Borussia will be back in CL.

Cant see them let both Gundogan and Mkhi go in the same summer.

Yeah it's just recycled for sure.

And younger attacker, someone like Embolo could be very intriguing.

I agree Mkhitaryan is better than both, although I also agree with the sentiment that he's good in good teams who suit him. A lot of similar players are, they need good conditions. That's not to say he won't find them here but an AM/SS role in Germany is really not the same as here. I watch his highlight videos from this season and the play is so fluid and open. It just isn't like that in Italy, that spot gets very congested.

I think he'd fit in this seasons side perfectly, we're very quick and fluid at times when Morata, Sandro, Dybala, Khedira and Pogba all play.

We're not dumping 35 million on him anytime soon I don't think.

Yeah we've definitely moved in that direction under Allegri but it is still a battle to play our football at times, we have to wear teams down. The exception to that recently was Chievo, but they kind of gave up at 0-2.

I didn't agree with Mancini's comments that teams don't play good football in Italy because he's obviously a bitter and defensive whiner, but it's true that he says teams are interested in breaking up play more than making play in Italy, at least when they think they can get away with doing that. Our last two games are examples.
