Allow me to take up back 1 year...

Arsenal were invincible, didnt lose at all, we're looking like the best team in the world...dont assume anything because of a start to a season, we've never done well at the start to begin with.
yeah but chelsea have so many players, if a team lose Mourinho can field other 11 players and there will be no problem for chlel$ki.

I think Manchesters Problem is Alex Ferguson. Why does he rest Rooney? this is crazy, he is susspended for the CL, he can take his rest there.

and his biggest mistake was that he did not buy a good MIDFIELDER.

Chelsea have the Premiership in the bag, it's pointless to deny it. I don't know if they'll win it comfortably or not but I'm pretty sure that the title is going to Stamford Bridge once again this season. It's certainly their title to lose at this point.

I have to say that, as an Arsenal fan as well, I've been very disappointed so far with Arsenal's season so far.. I don't know what's wrong with them, and it's OBVIOUS that wenger hasn't thought the decision of selling vieira through, but I do hope they improve. Fast.

Arsenal have the same problem like ManU, they need a quality midfielder who can replace Viera.

Are you trying to convince us that your Man Utd will be able to fight with Chelsea??? Gimme a break, Nicolletta.

There's no way the Trophy will be back to Old-Trafford....This season.

Yeah, isnt it a shame that he is already better then Del Piero, what future he has.
You're certainly right. At present he's better than Del Piero and he has the potential to scale the dizzy heights that Alessandro reached but it's useless to deny that his temperament could end up being a stumbling block. DP had the talent to rule the football world at one point in his career and Rooney has that same talent, but Del Piero's horrendous injury in the 98-99 season fvcked him up and I'm afraid that Wayno's temperament could affect him negatively as well. That said, some of the greatest players to ever grace the face of the earth were complete assholes so Rooney might still be a legend some day.

Btw Nicole, what do you make of Fergie resting Rooney on Saturday?

We still have injury worries, it looks like Gilberto is going to be out with an ankle injury so that will probably mean the Fab-Flam partnership starting its first game of the season. We can only hope that Gilberto isn't out for too long because we don't exactly have many options in the middle of the park. If Cesc or Mathieu were to pick up an injury we'd be calling on ...erm... I don't quite know who. Larsson maybe. Song? I hope not. Anyway, let's not dwell on the negatives but just in case I think you should all go to your nearest church, light a candle and say a prayer to Saint Busst, the patron saint of injuries.
