so now we need just 15.....;)
it is really incrideble how bad the goalkeepers are in the permier leauge..
BS. Niemi is a quality keeper. Who does he play for? Green is tipped for an England cap (admittedly not hard these days) - who does he play for? Friedal?

Most of the keepers in the EPL are pretty good, with some blunderful exceptions. The problem there right now is that there aren't any really amazing keepers. Cech may be that good, but I'd be keeping clean sheets behind that team. Cudicini is good, but not playing. Howard looked good, but hit a bad patch and now can't get in ahead of the merely solid Caroll. Dudek was a great keeper a couple of years ago, but now seems to have gone to seed. Kirkland and Robinson are both overrated. Kiely is solid as a rock - I've never seen they guy make an error. Given is bloody good when he's at his best, but struggles behind an aweful defense.

Caroll, as much as people may think he sucks for a few mistakes, is one of the best keepers in the league. Hes a great keeper. He is also one of the top shotstoppers according to the stats.

Agree with most expect for the Cech part. Cech has been a key reason why we are keeping clean sheets. He has made some excellent saves and only really been beaten by fantastic shots and then the odd defensive lapse here and there.

He really is keeping well and is very composed. He was superb against Liverpool.

Caroll according to official stats is the second best goalkeeper in the league. Saving more shots, 2nd only to Robert Green of Norwich, and having a shot-stopping percentage of 89%, second only to Petr Cech...not bad for a 'joke'.

AND United have had 8-consecutive clean sheets. Against teams including Chel-4-0-sea and Liverpool.

I'd like to see Everton or Middlesbrough secure the final CL spot, but if Liverpool don't qualify Stevie G is likely to leave with Real and Chelski being the most probable destinations and TBH I'd rather Gerrard ply his trade at Anfield rather than strengthen Real or Chelsea.
