I've seen him enough to say he won't be a difference maker. If he's technically good, then we have very low standards I guess. We used to have likes of Pogba and Marchisio who are levels above him technically. For me he'll be a good player in a working system but we need more than that considering we have enough players of a similar profile(Matuidi, Khedira etc)
Our (lack of) technical ability is exposed in Europe. You can start Sturaro in Serie A and still win. Can would be an improvement in terms of Serie A but you need just more than Can to have a CL quality midfield
You said he's technically not that good and you kinda threw Sturaro's name into the conversation. If that's the case, he shouldn't be allowed to train at Vinovo.

I meant to say as our only midfield signing alone, it would very underwhelming. I threw Sturaro's name not as a comparison to him but to imply that we require reinforcements not just at Serie A level but for CL level too.
Wrong. Can is a top level player. He is young still, but he has everything it takes to become a superstar player. You seriously underrate the world cup champions if you think one simply enters that team. I expect many of our current players leaving in the coming months, and I expect our overall wages trimmed for next season - even if we make lucrative Can and Martial contracts.
