Elia is 8m because of his inconsistency after what happened with his coach last season before that no one complained bout his ability only that hes a young talent and great potential.Now if Hamburg are wanting 15m they are obviously taking advantage of the fact how much Marotta is pressing the issue of getting him. It depends what you mean by high level. What's the highest level you've played at?

What makes you think Hamburg doesn't care about Elia? And why don't they?

What are these qualities that Conte has that brings out the best in players? Where have you seen examples?
