yes we can say he has achieved more than giovinco simply because he was part of the national team in big competitions and he is an attacking player,something the netherlands have shitload of.whilst giovinco couldn't be in an italy team that lucked the attacking edge and were looking for someone to carry them after totti and DP were no longer with the national team.
