Elia is on a 5-year contract, I believe, so there's definitely still time. It's up to him to adapt & prove he's better than the competition, it's up to him to convince Conte.

More play time for him please. I have a feeling that he could be one of the decisive factors this season if he gets into form. If he plays well he's a constant source of threat down the left side which will open more space up on the right. This aspect of our game hasn't really changed since last season, way too much pressure on the right flank because Pepe is being played out of position and isn't that much of an offensive threat down his favored side either.

While Pepe has worked his ass off and played well, he still can't beat his man to save his life and can't cross, nor shoot. We need someone who can beat his man, like Elia or Estigarribia.

Elia and Estigarribia should start next game as far as I am concerned.
