All I did is judged his mental status, and for that you don't need to give a player 7 games in a row to see it. You don't need 6 games to see that Vucinic is lazy. You don't need to give time to see that Nedved or DP will not melt down in any situation.

He needs time maturing mentally and to some extent tactically. At least to me these are his biggest problems.
