Good news. What next for Egypt?

Unfortunately I don't speak Arabic, maybe in 30 years :D
Army took control and sacked the whole government, they assured a lot in the last 2 weeks that they support the people and their demands
they said it again today and pointed clearly that they are in control until elections and peaceful transfer of government to the people we choose

they played the decisive role today finally, and they've been good to us since they decided to interfere

.. and yes it's a big house thank you :D

Big  at Mubarak being mad at the US, who kept him in power for 30 years and gave him 70bn
I think we sent him a PayPal request for a refund.

Alexandria today, and this is where I live :D

Cool on both counts.

No no! army in 52 took control by force then each officer took a ministry and they ruled the country until today.

but this time army is playing a temporary role, so it doesn't get chaotic, they are in control until elections, and responsible for everything in the country right now internally and externally but definitely they have no interest in ruling

Well he -Soliman- personally announced Mubarak's departure, and therefore army will be ruling, basically Soliman is still in his place but he'll be nothing more than a figure with no real powers, army will be doing everything

What happened -in case no one followed closely- yesterday is that Mubarak announced he'll make a speech, then he recorded it and had meetings with prime minister and vice president
then the army at the same time had a meeting and announced (speech number 1) "we'll still meet and discuss the situation"
obviously when they said "number 1" it showed they have more to offer, so they just waited to see our response to mubarak's speech, and of course it was very disappointing and no one went home
today over 10M were in the streets, so army decided finally to take a side and end this once and for all
once soliman announced that mubarak left, army took control
and i think mubarak left to sharm al sheikh since last night before the speech was aired, any news where he is now? i heard in london but those are just rumours

You do realize that this is what the U.S. military always says after it invades a country, much to the disagreement of the Arabs who live there. :D
