No. The earliest they can buy him back is next year. Then the price goes up the year after that.

Why would Juve even agree to a buyback clause that can be exercised after only one season?

but any way am a question anything even my self so i posted what i found regarding the deal and you are right, now am more comfortable to read it and ease my mind that we will not lose him at least for the next year.

btw 30M price limit is not that bad, if he did will and went back to madrid, 30M is really a good amount if we want a very good replacement.

Morata would have to agree to the move I suppose. But they can offer him a hell of a lot more money than us so I don't think that's an issue to be honest.
