I mean why the facepalm ?I dont rate him as 25-30m striker anyway..Two years ago that 25m price tag would've been understandable as we've would been paying as much for his potential as for his quality..But ever since he joined City ,his career has kinda stagnated and he's now eventually been left behind the likes of Balo and Tevez and even Aguero who primarily is an SS is preferred as a CF over him,he's city's 4th choice striker now..

Before i say anything ,i'm sure Marotta the 'penny pincher' wont go above the 20m mark if there's concrete interest in him that is..

Could be that 20m is all we have left after our other purchases?
Maybe you're right..and it sounds realistic as well..

Agüero definitely is a CF. Only his physical attributes make it look like he's a SS. But he ain't. I'd even say more: he's one of the best CF around. Being left behind by Balotelli is shameful, but seeing as Mancini is the coach over there it's quite understandable...

But hey, Dzeko definitely is better than that brainfuck of a Balotelli...

What are you talking about? Agüero is City's primary CF. Balo was the second choice most of the season, but at the end of the season City's attack was Agüero and Tevez.

Where did I say Balo was chosen before Agüero.

I was obviously speaking about Dzeko, my dear. If you 'd read the post I answered to, you'd understand.

I don't even know where to start which above post.^ Not even going to get into it, too many holes already in it.

Diego: 24m(?)
Melo: 24m(?)
Amauri: 22.5m:)lol:)

Dzeko: 20m...for a guy that can score more than the above 3's entire Juve careers combined in one half of a season.

20m for a 20+goal a season bomber would be a steal, he is worth more than that.

Great reference point,so just because we paid over the odds to acquire three mediocre players ,you expect us to break the bank for him too..

Wonderful logic

Logic is, Dzeko is the kind of player you pay big money for...not stop at 20m.

Like I have said over and over again...you all will stop your bitching when he hits 20+ goals a season, regardless what we pay for him.

Apparently you need to be a flashy shirtseller who can dribble to be worth more than 20 million euros, even tho there's a lack of players which pedigree screams goals in modern football.

I still can't comprehend the thought process behind people who claims to know football and yet find world class poacher's useless.

Yeah ,which is why he is City's 4th choice striker..Bravo..
Aguero & Tevez are going to shit on anyone that comes to that team, and Mancini for whatever reason prefers Balotelli.

By your logic you must think that Mancini is a genius. The only way he won is the money that club pumps out for players. It isn't like Dzeko has been denied by other coaches at other clubs. It's only Mancini for fuck sake.

Peoples logic here.

Who said he's worthless ?I was just saying, since City are inclined to sell him as he's deemed surplus for them we shouldnt go over the odds to pay big money for him.
