What I need for a complete striker is he improve his numbers like what we seen above stats, not just scoring but can improve other players outcome too

If he want to score alone, then he need to make sure not to miss most every easy chances he got, so to be on par with what a 1,6m striker above did, at least he need to score 30 goals by now. I think this number is possible if he is really a world class striker and we count all the miss from him from start of this season, maybe he can get to that numbers. To be fail to get that numbers from him, that is the 22m problem

Please stop with the Marmoush comparisons. It's obvious that he is playing well above his non-existent transfer fee and small salary.
He will go to an EPL team for 70-100 mil and will command a 10+ million dollar salary after taxes.

Also, selling Vlahovic will not get us enough money to buy Marmoush and there is no guarantee that he will do well here. At least with Vlahovic you know that he delivers a constant flow of goals.

They are different kinds of strikers aren't they? Higuain can play in front of the defence and link with midfield whereas Vlahovic is more of a play off the shoulder or behind the defence kind of striker.

Not only that but a penalty is by definition a sitter and he buries nearly all of them even under the additional pressure. Notably penalties are not affected by the tactics or system that a team deploys. It's almost like Dusan is less lethal when playing Jjball. Maybe somebody should fix that?

If you want to be a classic poacher getting paid that much money, you can NOT miss the sitters that he regulary misses.

You've given my answer in your post - you organise the team to get the most out of your key players. Surely that's coaching 101? Motta is failing to do that across the board and Dusan is blamed for failing to do things that it's Motta's job to avoid him doing in the first place.

The main issue with him is his inconsistency and his struggle with link up play and adapting to defensive systems against stronger opponents. You can’t expect much from him, and it would be crazy not to sell him if a very good offer is on the table.

He should consider himself lucky that Giuntoli fucked up by not bringing in another striker to compete with him.
