he is kinda shit. look at difference between when milik plays and when vlahovic plays. milik will drop back to help distrubte possesion, win balls and spread play and drag defneders with him to open space.

hell not so long ago mandzukic used to do that for us. look at modern big men like ibrahimovic, kane, zapata, giroud. u will see them do it.

it;s not acceptable to stand around and do nothing. even ronaldo used to track back
He's like the combination of bad traits from the strikers we had/ have.
Whining = Ronaldo
Diving = Morata
Bad first touch and no skill = Kean

He's missing Higuain dad bod though

Is that poor mans Haaland from Atalanta better? Maybe if we cant get huge money for Vlahovic and get him for cheap(er), it would be a good move to sell :boh:

Right foot Dybala?
That's not really a bad trait more like weakness perhaps. Most left footed player tend to suck with their right so it's normal.
Maybe pussy?
but Dybala was game changer in his first few seasons

In a system where he gets on the end of through balls or balls into the box over and over he'd be fine, but he can't do a lot of basics right or create for himself, very disappointing for €80m.
Man jokes aside , he might be good footballer one day , but for sure he won't ever be world class !

We paid 80m for a guy who's worth max max 35-40mln E nothing more !

just stop signing fiorentina players. vlahovic, chiesa, melo, bernardeschi. combined in these players in last 15 years juve has spent 200 million.

200 million on flops.

I think this was his worst moment in the game.

Bad first touch (though not easy to receive, a bit too much from Fagioli), lack of agility to retain possession, should have passed the ball to Cuads but I don't think he's even aware of that because it can be seen that he was still trying to control the ball after he turned around his body.

Tbh it is a bit frustrating if our starting CF is not able to create anything from that situation. And it's simply not just about confidence.:sad:

People thinking Vlahovic could've done more than he did.... He was all alone up front. Di Maria was slow as shit and most of the time in midfield. Never saw Kostic and Cuadrado get in front of their defender today. Almost no crosses whatsoever. That and 38% of the ball, our striker is the least of our problems.

When the striker immediately gives away the ball every other time he touches it, that’s a part of why we have 38% possession. Lol

What differentiates him most from other tall top strikers we’ve had in the past years is that his aerial ability and headers are average at best despite his height, nevermind the fact that despite his size he loses most physical duels, all this while ironically Allegri’s tactics are more or less based around repetitive crossing, having an strong aerial presence in the box and potentially scoring headers while at it, which with Vlahovic alone up there is hardly working out at all.

So far we got a top class tap-in poacher that barelly gets chances to have tap-ins, hopefully he can at least score a couple more FK’s before the season’s end to maintain the hype around him otherwise his stock will keep going on a downward trajectory.

He is still young ofc and has the potential to do better than this but it is also worth mentioning that his overall performances aside from a few odd good games have been highly disappointing to say the least.
