We are also not playing to his strength, it's funny to center project around him get player to system that would suit him and then ask him to hold up long balls.
Disappointing to see we continue to plan like that

That's disgusting, what is wrong with you?

what is his strenght?

fast? NO
technique? NO
dribbling? NO
aerial duel? NO
strong? NO
finisher? NO
ball control? WEAK
right foot? WEAK

and this guy 90m euro..
He has 15 goals in 30 games since signing, is 21 y/o at his first big club, and all this is during period in which the team has generally been awful. Dude is legit I can't understand how any views him as a part of the problem

this. his first touch and efficiency can be critized, but finishing will improve once the team can string a few wins together and the pressure is lifted a bit. otherwise he's been doing fine. i wish we had a fullback just as bad as him.

We are starved for creativity, the moment Di Maria came back it revitalizes Vlahovic.

Yeah he missed chances but he still scored, he made the runs, led the line, and was always ready. Top player. Playing with more creative players will make him a top scorer. Excited to see him with Pogba and Chiesa back.

Vlahovic is a great player and he played a good game.
He did miss some sitters and its actually not the first time BUT I trust him to find the confidence needed. He needs to improve and time his decisions faster. Apart for his finishing, he played the ball well to teammates and he made great runs which were even more obvious when we subbed him for Kean.
At the moment as much as I like Vlahovic ( I have been following him for years..), Milik is the most dangerous man in our team.
Vlahovic could easily surpass him but he needs to work on that aspect before we can crown him as our undisputed best forward.

I’m not complaining. I see determination and hunger in him. This guy wants to score.

In terms of technical capabilities, stopping the ball, turning with it and even finishing he still has a lot to improve but it doesn’t matter because he’s scoring. As long as he remains this hungry there’s no need to panic, he’ll hustle and score somehow.

He is also a leader, at least in my impression of him. Always there to cheer others up. He complains when he doesn't get the ball but that is to be expected from a striker. Often seems to be the one spreading positivity and pushing others. I see him as a future captain.
Needs to work on first touch as you all say, I think he needs to be a bit smarter in the box. Move around more. Could be good to look at Haaland, always moving and always first on scene for rebounds. Better in reading his runs, he can be a bit too eager when he is on the last man and fall on the offside trap. That last part is not his own fault a lot of times though, it doesn't help playing in a team with zero split vision or ability to make those passes. Finally, a bit more serenity. Allegri has spoken of it before and I agree, he overworks situations and stresses a bit. Needs more calma.
Would I swap him for someone else? No. Only Haaland.

Let's hope this game was his rock bottom and that he'll bounce back from it. Really poor technically today, although his attitude and even leadership on the pitch is what we desperately need more of.

But we need players to lead by example by playing well as much as we need them to get everybody fired up

That assist for Diaz was something else. Looks cumbersome, cant control the simple pass, cant find space infront. Too many of our players look way out of form.

Nope, this is not an 80m euro player. He plays in an awful team, he doesn't get many useful balls, he might be out of form, but he is not an 80m euro player.

that was a bad touch obviously, but diaz ran past 5 other players

dusan had a terrible match regardless, deserves every critique for today
