Sometimes players don’t play well coming from other leagues. Let’s recognize that quickly and plan accordingly

Why are some people still giving him excuses though? What's this "slump" nonsense, or he's "still getting used to Italy." I mean, the dude just moved from literally the worst city in the UK to beautiful Italy where the climate is way better and the food is on a different planet. It's like he moved from South Chicago to San Diego and all of a sudden we're supposed to believe it's some sort of fluke he sucks? Oh, he's just in a slump. Oh, he's just unlucky and needs to play to get his form back. No, just no.

I still think some people are falling for Premier League price tags and silly history at wannabe clubs instead of just calling him out as it is. The dude sucks. We bought a player who just wants to dance around with the ball and not really put in the hard work. He looks no different than Arthur. Again, Villa fans warned us about this. Villa fans. These are fans of a club that hasn't had any real history for like 30 years. Stop being suckers.

I don't like FIGC but they should investigate Villa for this transfer immediately.

never forget 50m was wasted on him. 27m of that could have gotten juve joao cancelo and juve's fullback problem would not exist.

John Charles and Liam Brady [to Juventus] were supposed to have been very successful.

The same Joao Cancelo who I think refused to take a penalty for us and has since been kicked out by multiple teams after leaving us?

Italian teams dont sign many players from the PL generally speaking as theyre expensive but off the top my of head:

Tevez
Pogba
Evra
Dzeko
Salah
Gervinho

Even bums like Ashley Young were moderately successful here
