Surely that ain't targeting me, is it? :p

I want Berna gone just as much (ok, maybe not just as much, but still) as you do. And whilst I like Sami, i said it was a mistake to renew with him and that I would have let his contract run out.

All that doesn't take away from the lolzilian being a part time footballer on a high salary who scores a nice goal/dribbles past 5 Spal players once in a while - but then tears a muscle in his arse and is out for a month.

It's history repeating again and again and yet folks still won't accept you simply can't rely on him at all.

Sell him while you can and get a younger replacment with similar skillset that's not made of waste glass.
Don't be self-centered but if you recognize yourself in the description,:D

You understood that i tease you about sami et berna. :p

I know douglas is too often injured and it's frustrating, but it remains one of the rare players in this team which brings a little fantasy, if I was an accountant I would tell you to fire him, but as a football lover I can't.
By the way, if an opportunity arises I am not opposed to the exchange for gaby J.

You started hating on DC long before he started getting injured. Now you pretend the hate is due to injuries. Shame, shame.

Wonderful Goal

If he keep fit he can even be better than Pele and might get at least a couple of WC for sure without any help
Let's not exaggerate he will and can't never be on the level of Pele.
You and me have very similar ideas about players but this ???????
Costa is good coming of the bench nothing more. When he plays 90 min. many times he is on a medium or low level with more or less one great game out of 10.

You have to admit, even if you are not his biggest fan, that Costa’s skillset is quite unique. He has a rare blend of explosive speed, technical skill and creativity. Not many players have that.

He’s so good. A continuous fit Costa would be recognized as one of the best in his position, if not the best.

I’d like to keep him as a impact sub for Kulu/Torres, it’s impossible to build on him, but if he’d accept that role I’d love to keep him. He’s such a joy to watch and a dangerous weapon. No leftback in the world likes to face Costa after 60 minutes of running. The main problem is that we can’t see him as a player for our starting line-up in 80% of the games.

Imagine if Costa played 90% the games during the years he was with us. So many problems had been resolved.

I know and agree, I was being sarcastic because I don't get people about DC... he may be out of form like 340 days during the year and noone come here to say anything, as soon as he does anything, they all start to pop up like porn ads in a free streaming game and you can't get rid of them as quick as you would like

Sorry, I obviously failed, I was trying to be sarcastic and I ended it just putting more gasoline in the fire

Sounds like your sarcasm is more about his performance than him staying fit.

To me his performances are worth the hype no matter how often he plays (still over 100 times in the squad in less than 3 seasons); The guy dribbles the most and don't get dispossessed no matter who's the opponent..

You falling for this says more about you than the comment itself.

I would only think about selling him if we land someone like Jesus or Pogba instead.

Let's not forget he has helped us plenty of the times to open the game and score the opener.
He may not be that 90 minutes player ever.
But having him on the bench gives you insurance and hope that even in worst situations we have someone like him coming to rescue.

Players like Him and Dybala are reasons people watch and love football this much.
