He must not warm up properly or stretch well before he plays. Either that or his application is not right in recovery so his muscles are always fatigued. Only explanation for being made of straw right now.
He plays Fortnite every single day for God knows how many hours. Sittinf on a chair for hours playing PC games strains your whole muscles. Also, given that he spends A LOT of time on social media, taking pictures and making videos, it means that his head is not 100% focused on football but on spending the big money he is earning and showing it off. All of this combined adda to him being injury prone.

If he is injured our chance of going far in the CHL drops dramaticly. Simply the only player we have, who has the speed and dribling ability to take on he’s man. Everybody else is stationary, which makes it easy to defend against. Without him there is non who can consistently start attacking moves, so we are left with just passing the ball to feet without stretching the defense or have any kind of change of pace with the ball.
Blame the coach, like you would have done last season.

I love this guy and he’s our best midfielder but these injuries are getting stupid...

Last years coach consistently benched him to fit in Mandzu, even when he was fit.
lol

He was in horrific form after his suspension on the rare occasions he was fit. Pre-spitting/suspension he started the season in great form and looked to build on his fantastic finish to 17-18 when Allegri had him as a integral starting XI player for us.

Costa wrecked his own season last year, suspensions/ car wrecks / injuries. I have no doubt at all, we would have seen him starting regularly last year if he had kept his shit together, and we would have had a much better season for it.

He was substituted after 60 min of the first game of the season with Mandzu. He was a bench player the rest of the season also before the spitting incident:baus:
