Good player in my opinion when used properly, people are quick to forget he was a main player for Bayern in 2015/16
People are idiots. They never even seen him play and now start to buy into some weird statement that he is the black Krasic.

Really explosive and technicly strong player, who is going to rape Seria A if he comes here. Not to mention he is one of the strongest players in the world in one on one situation, and a fantastic weapon on the counter. Would be really devestating in the CHL, were we like to sit back and play on the break.

Haven't seen a lot of this guy but his strengths are undoubtedly his pace and trickery. Very direct and at times can be devastating. But does he have a footballing brain. Or is this just a beefed-up Cuadrado?

Reason why i want him, if we signed him, to play on the right rather than the left. He might be limited but he has a great shot (we currently lack distance shooters), and is not as easily shut down when played on the right (on the left you just force him inside and hes done)

He is an okay player but nothing more than that. Probably a little better than Quadrado, but not much so wont be an upgrade really

His first half year in Bayern Munich was really good, totally world class, but now we see his true level. He is complaining about lack of playing time but can't bench a past it Ribery, so that says it all

Maybe thats the plan. Sign him, have him have his WC year in the 1st season, then sell him to EPL before hes found out like Milos :baus:

 he was really good with Guardiola and you could clearly see his potential when used properly, people used to really like him, now one season on the bench and they're dissing

Would be happy with him, if we wont be able to buy Sanchez, James or Di Maria then Costa is a good buy. He is still relatively young and can thrive in our system.

Last summer people would go crazy of we signed him. Now he is the epitome of a mediocre headless chicken. Even though he's been injured, benched and out of form this year, he still had 7 g and 9 assists in some 1900 min of football this year. Thats roughly a g/a per 100 min of football.

Thats why you can call this transfer a bargain and we all know how Marotta loves them.

I don't know but at this stage of our progression as a club , I'd buy players who are at an upward trajectory in their career. I think we should avoid buying rejects from other clubs as much as we can unless they come for dirt cheap.

More of Dybala/Sandro/Pjanić, if possible Higuaín-esque signings.

Agree. Pep makes even Sterling looked way better this season even when he's still garbage

If we can get him Cheap go for It. Now between offer 40m for him or 60m for Sanchez is a very nonsense thing

The question is this:

Bayern are replacing Costa with Alexis. Why are we after Bayern reject if we could go and compete for the signing of Alexis who is clearly valued as an upgrade?
