But that's strictly down to Lippi or maybe even Agnelli. Lippi did not play him for various reasons, but I think Moggi will keep him for Deschamps to groom.

Sure, but I think it's naive to think that everyone in the club managment are huge Maresca except Lippi, especially as it seems like we're trading him away as we speak.

Thats the thing, "as it seems" is a very vague term, and it is based on just rumours. Just because Fooball Italia says it doesn't mean it will happen, or even be considered for that matter.

And about the managment for Enzo, I think Agnelli might have influenced Lippi to play the old guns, but that is just speculation.

Yeah, I'm not saying that he's being traded for sure or anything, just saying that it seems like Enzo wants to stay and he's done good this year, yet he didn't play much and now he's being linked away from the club. I wouldn't surprise me if he left.
