Relegation teams, have pressure on their manager, but the players are "the worst of the league" so its understandable you lose alot
Such teams can only overachieve by not relegating
If you are in a team that has to play for europa, CL or title, those teams have alot more pressure cause they can underachieve quite a bit if they are 5 places down where they should be.

some people just refuse to admit theyve ever been even slightly wrong about anything.
What is this logic. First of all, Berardi has prove his quality in connection with his age. You can't find anyone to score 4 goals to Milan and in his first serie a year to score 16 goals. If he scored in every match and assist others in every match, then he would't be a talent but a class player. Come on he is 19 he can improve everything and basically his football character. If he stay in that age at Sassuolo he will not do that. He needs experience from a class team, with class players and a man like Conte to improve him. If Berardi was in German or Spanish, everyone would speak about their next leader. Above what has Drogba or Nani from that guy? If we give him a shot we will rewarded.
Also, it's silly to gave as a example the Giovinco case. We took him back at the age of 25. In that age a footballer should not called as a ''talent'' but as an complete player. We took him for what? For changing his role and playing him as SS next to Matri. It's ridicoulus how we waste the biggest prospect of Italian football. And it's funny that we will waste other talents like Berardi.
We need Italians, we are Italian team and we must remain Italian team. If you want to see a team like Inter and buying footballers like Nani, Drogba, Menez then keep believe in a fake dream of Champions league winner.
Juventu's command, Conte and finally Italian factor of football must change mentality and follow the example of German and Spanish teams.

No "Juve just stole the next Zidane out from under ManU's nose" or "Juventus grab the next great superstar on a free." Pogba had zero international appearances, very few first team appearances and was regarded as a good talent who wasn't getting playing time.

You do realise Sir Alex Ferguson wanted Berardi at Man United yeah? He's been wanted by various clubs since he was about 16 years old as well.
To say he isn't talented, or nowhere near as talented as Pogba, or doesn't have the same potential is ridiculous. 16 goals in his debut season in Serie A is amazing.

I actually agree with Zach. There's no guarantee he'll carry the Sassuolo form to Juve and comparing him to Pogba is ridiculous as the latter is the best youth player in probably the world. However, I'd still take him and give him time but I wouldn't expect him to have even a similar impact to what Pogba did. It would be a waste to leave him in Sassuolo and he could push for a transition to a different formation.
