Really? Some folks here defended this guy who is seemingly afraid to just compete with dybala alone? Lmao, if he doesn't even have the balls to compete with just a single competitor named dybala, then by all means juventus shouldn't still hoping for him.

It's just dybala, it's not like berardi will be behind MSN in playing queue.
I think is not just about dybala. There are many things that go against him. His buddy zaza for example, never plays even when pulling the numbers.
We do not play a formation than suits him. Also he wants to experience the europa league and gain exp.

Fair enought. Not everyone evolves or thinks the same. Who knows maybe this ride will make him mature and he will have a mentality change at the end of it.

What im not sure is that most likely we will be in the same situation next sumer regarding dybala and the formations etc.

By that time he will have no choice but to come or go to a 3rd tier team like inter.

Not really fussed. We get to keep €25 million that could go towards reinforcing another area of the team. Its not like we are hurting for another attacker tbh. Berardi can stay at Sassuolo for another year for more first team chances and we still keep the option for him.

Domenico Berardi’s agent insists talks with Juventus aren’t “defined” but admits his client wants to play in the Europa League with Sassuolo.

Following reports yesterday that the forward had rejected a move to the Bianconeri, Juve Coach Massimiliano Allegri appeared to confirm today that Berardi will not move to Turin.

While his representative stops short of confirming that the Italian Under-21 international will stay at Mapei Stadium, an official decision is close.

“It’s an operation which is being defined between the two clubs,” Simone Seghedoni confirmed to Tuttomercatoweb.

“There’s nothing to be amazed by though, the player has always been owned outright Sassuolo.

“He’s never hidden his desire to play in the Europa League, and I think at this point in time both the club and the player are reflecting on the possibility of losing a player like Berardi for a season as demanding as the coming one.

“Maybe they’ve realised that they need Berardi. There have been and there will be meeting between the two clubs, it’s a situation which will be resolved very soon.”

Seghedoni was at pains to point out that Berardi doesn’t fear moving to Turin, however.

“Domenico is not afraid of anything. In his career, he has always played so the prospect of going to Juventus made him reflect.

“He only cares about continuing his growth, though the prospect of going to Juventus would certainly not preclude that.”

How many games Sassuolo will play in EL? Do they play a qualification game first? And most importantly does anyone believe they can pass the group stages?

All I hear is excuses, but at least we know where we stand with him, he is not good enough/ready for us, so fuck him, 25m more to spend on better players.

this. he also owns a lot to sass and vive versa, maybe he just feels like he has to help them in the europe league. what's wrong with it?

I hope Sassuolo gets eliminated in the qualifications. Choosing EL over CL is mental, no matter if he helped his side in getting there. We're being played here, next year will be the same and if somehow it isn't we should refuse him.

They selling the EL excuse now, it will be something else next year. Comparisons with Giovinco are there. Same sorta jealousy vibe just because Juve'd decided to invest in Dybala (Diego) as well.

Hopefully we'll spend that money on keeping Morata.
