he's going all in to win vs Inter lol. Playing Litch would be megalomaniacal. He doesn't consider Coman to be able to start in a game like this. The same for Pepe, De Ceglie, Marrone, etc.

Good lineup except Lichtsteiner at RB, he should be rested for the Coppa. I will be hoping for Padoin and Asamoah as fullbacks, and minutes for Coman and Marrone, maybe DeCeglie or Licht come in later if Asamoah doesn't have 90 minutes in him.
