you continue to be proven wrong yet you continue to insist you are correct. Yet according to you we of faith dont learn and dont change
I asked nicely, im going down the blocking you route.

Theres a difference between being wrong and pedantry. scienctific developments that have revolutionised the world as it stands have happened in spite of religion.

Pedantry aside, given that I haven't studied history since the end of high sky and been told that 'Dark Ages' isn't the word were using, the point still stands. More has happened as a result of religion taking less of a roll in western society than when it controlled western society.
That, I do not disagree with as I am an atheist myself. I think it is true to a certain extent that science prospers more in a secular society for several different reasons. However, I just cannot stand people saying stereotypes about the Middle Ages as I am studying in medieval European history myself ;)

you can block all you want, i could careless. You also can call other peoples contributions pedantry just because he didnt list every single contribution, but in the end it doesnt make his point less valid. It's obvious you have no desire for true discussion nor actual discourse on subjects that don't fit into your world view. so why do you continue to chime in? Its obvious you believe we are all wrong and you have all the answers

Same can be said about you. Tahir pointed out how someone could not be resurrected and live for 2000+ years, yet you continue to believe it.

hate·ful/ˈhātfəl/
Adjective:

Arousing, deserving of, or filled with hatred: "hateful letters of abuse".
Very unpleasant: "this hateful place".

idiot.

Your complaining because I defend my arguments and morals and don't give, but you are justified in exactly the same behaviour because?

Defending is one thing mocking people and being superior is another. I'm not complaining I'm trying to show you how your acting towards people.
PS if I'm the hateful one how come you're the one calling people dick, idiot and telling them to go fuck themselves etc etc

I don't care who you did or did not attack. Why the hell do you still believe it then?

This is what annoys us the most. We've shown you time and time again through evidence and reason that the basis for your beliefs are weak, yet you continue believing it. You render these "serious discussions/meaningful debates" pointless by ignoring the points and not changing your beliefs.

There is no evidence, that disproves to me God's power. You want to put god in a box and say well all evidence might point to this being impossible, but with God nothing is impossible, he transcends our understanding and knowledge. you try to lock god into our limited understanding of the world, and that is the problem. You can not box the great " I AM " into little neat understandable pieces. Ze tehir believes in god yet he places mans restrictions on God, that to me is not compatible, man is finite God is infinite, man is limited God is unlimited, man knows little God is knowledge.

Also these discussions are to discuss and see the other point of view, it doesn't require anyone to change their beliefs

Sheik this is why theres no point in carry on this argument - AC doesn't agree with our level of proof and understanding, he denies the scientific method and you wont change that.

I dont deny the scientific method I just believe that A) man comprehends a fraction of what there is to know B) Taht God lives outside our ability to comprehend things and works beyond our understanding.

Also this isnt an arguement, which it seems you two do not understand. The difference between the rest of us and you two is we are having a discussion of different points of view you two, want the believers to accept your premise and change their views if not its an unacceptable outcome.

Alright. Then all the ridicule you're being subjected to is a direct result of your beliefs. You've made (at least) me see your point of view, and I think it is dogmatic, irrational, ignorant, ridiculous, and to some extent delusional. If you hold these beliefs strongly, then you've brought this upon yourself.

Yeah, Andrea's a lost cause.

Then based on A and B, YOU cannot comprehend god either. Yet you behave as if you do and we don't.
