I think that Facebook and the whole idea of internet networking is flawed. Like, you have a lot of friends without actually having to bear their presence. You have probably 1286 contacts in your facebook showing what they're doing, but you don't really have anyone to meet for a chat at the local pub. Well, you find many old friends, right. So, of course it's nice to know that the swiss girl i met 10 years ago as an exchange student is now happily married in Australia, and that most of my schoolmates are doing fine and are still alive, but do we really have much to say each other or is it just plain curiosity mixed with some "look what i have become and how popular i am"-exhibitionism? There must be a reason why we didn't hear from each other for such a long time...
