all those who mention consistency? do you consistently watch Juve on Tv or do you just come with stuff ? What the guy has got you are born with, thats what ppl like me, Primo, John10 and most effectively Slack have been saying for yonks
Do you actually think is is easy to be consistently brilliant for 34 matches in a season. season after season , and he has been with the one extremely big club for going on 10 years now
Name me any player you know who have been at the top for this long and is still performing at the level Dp is performing to
Zidane was not consistently good in the league for us , was not all that brilliant consistently for Bordeux and even some matches for Real, he is a passenger but what you guys see consistently are the big matches like Cl, so u think he is consistently brill thru out
Sheva has gone close to 3 seasons with Milan playing shite , thats how difficult it is to be gr8 at the top and he never busted his knee
Figo has been just average imo for Real, compared to his Barcelona days
And so many more , lets not forget that flavours of the month, Nedved and Buffon have just been here for 3 years and by the time they are here for 5 or 6 , the critics will be there on their backs, even now Nedved is getting some stick as it would be hard to maintain last season's form
Name the last time Davids had a gr8 season with us, Trez , one good season and then he finds out how hard and cruel it can be at the top
Totti has been up and down for Roma, Raul went 2 seasons being a playboy and pissing off the supporters with his performances
So do not talk about how consistent the guy is cos he has been absolutely fantastic in that respect

What more do you want from him..... I mean if he plays well Juve plays well. He has something called class that not every player has, he is smart on the pitch he knows what to do and when to do it, he can terrorise the opposing team's defence just by mentioning his name. He is one of the few players who can change a game with a moment of brilliance.
How can a player who is compared to such greats as Baggio and Battega be average.....
Just because he prefers to pass the ball instead of shooting from 30 yards and has the chance of one to a thousand to score a wonder goal, or try to dribble past 4 players...

That's so not true. Last year we won 10 games in a row withouth him, and we havent struggeled at all during his current injury. IMO he's more of a liability than an asset.
That exactly is the problem: one moment. He'll change the game in a moment 1 in 1000 times instead of playing the whole match well to stter the game in the right direction.
I didnt say that we dont play well without him I said we play well with him (or better).

the first 3-4 matches this year neved wasn’t playing any good and Del Piero was our best player, and last year Neved didn’t start good either, and Del Piero was excellent in the beginning, but then he got injured. Neved started to play really good after that, and did many good things for our team. To say del piero hasn’t been better then Neved at no point the last season and a half is just foolish!

Just kidding. True DP does have great starts to the season, but I'd rather have him playing well in crunch time when the games matter most at the end of the season, ie, CL final.
