It is official. All of your vaginas have fallen out and are flopping on the deck like fish out of water. Diego is gone, scoring goals for his new club, and you're still lamenting?

I got what you're saying.
What I asked you is why do we accept that he said both those things? An atmosphere was created here that Diego is a confused individual who doesn't know what he's saying and is contradicting himself all the time. That post of yours was actually what started it and those who didn't like one of those things you mentioned, found it convenient to accept that Diego is confused and needs to see a shrink.
I honestly don't have an answer to that. Seems to me that a lot of people (not only on this forum obviously) tend to believe & analyze whatever is being said or written.

And as for me starting this, I'm actually kind of glad. Maybe it leads people to think things through (in this case concerning the role of the media when it comes to football) & be a little more skeptical.

But who knows, Diego may very well be confused. Marriage does crazy things to your state of mind :D

Well, watched their game today and I must say it's not diego's fault. Their team was clueless.they played exactly the way we are playing.that is: LAME.
Poor diego must have thought: goddammit not again!
Djeko (one of the super-attackers right now) had one single chance the whole game.and they have a real good team upfront.

One thing this game proved was that even if we had bought djeko this summer, he would have definitely underperformed.and therefore target to our (unfair)criticism.
Even a top player like him need good assistance from top midfielders and wingers.

Not that I think he would join us.Cuz I'm pretty sure Diego's told him what great/honest/professional board we have right now.

It's impossible for him or any, to single-handedly lift a team's attack, that time's passed in football.
I mean even messi's got the best midfielders/attackers in the world around him plus the right formation that makes them gel together the best way possible.
Put messi in a clueless team with a bunch of mediocre players and you'd say what a useless player you think he is.

When will it ever be Diego's fault?
Never. Some people expect that he always has to have 10 fully fit and concentrated players around him on his team to make him play great and have an impact on the game.

So much for a 25M "World Class" player I guess.
