he will prob pick an arbitrary # till he can get 10. I notice superstar players go for whack numbers when their preferred number is not available.

He might just take whatever is available though. I would not really give a shit if I was a player if the number I wanted was not available. I like 7 and 8

Does it really matter who has the number ten? Does it really?

I just want both Diego and Giovinco to fucking play, with the latter at least getting a decent amount of time.

The board can lick my ass if they don't rate Giovinco.

Luckily it is up to the coach whether Gio plays. AND that coach is not Ranieri.

If Ciro is coach he will get significant playing time playing for DP, Diego or Camo. Heck if he plays well enough he might displace one of them and then they will be cover for him.

Of course it fuckin matters man. It's the number 10, we can't just give it to any one.

I think one of the reasons to the Ranieri sacking was that the board felt that Giovinco was being lost.

So Diego is just anyone now?

It doesn't matter as long as a player doesn't have some weird superstition. Diego or Giovinco can get the number 10 and they can figure it out themselves.

I think one of the reasons to the Ranieri sacking was that the board felt that Giovinco was being lost.
I don't know if there's any truth behind that or not. If there is, the fact that we went six matches without a win probably remains higher in the pecking order.

It's my opinion so I am not sure if there is truth in that, the bad run is probably the main reason, as you said, but I am not ruling that out.
