I got so excited, I saw all of these words in one post:

whipped, men, ejaculation, premature, Diego, and at first I thought "Porto" was "porno"
All that, and nothing for BTW? :sergio:

Only whipped men apologize for premature ejaculation

BTW Anyone could maybe briefly explain what was the reason behind Diego's failure in Porto?[/QUOTE]

As I remember he played alot in the begining don't know how it went for him in his first season, The reason he leaved the club was Co Adriaanse who benched him because he thinked he had bad workrate.(Co Adriaanse benched Zlatan in Ajax to)

So he leaved the club after that season and joined Werder, whoops he got a free roll behind the attackers and a trainer who believed in him, the rest you know ;).

And now he is here, and for me is a dream come true. I have always rated him very high. I believe he will become the best player in Serie A.

Besides what Fellas said, it was mainly he was played as a CM, like Deco, Xavi, a role that required he had to do the task two ways, work harder, not his style. He is more of an advanced AM in the hole as we know, and when he got that freedom in Werder, which he had in Santos, he flourished.

He has not proven ANYTHING yet. For all we know he can flop like he did in Porto.

People are creaming themselves because he scored a goal in a meaningless tournament. why not wait until he actually does something useful in an important match before you jizz all over the computer screens.
But it was a great goal. Yea, he's going to have to prove himself in the A and the CL, but why can't we get excited when we finally get to see him in a Juve shirt and he scores such a classy goal?

Fuck it lion.

Since the first time i saw him in libertadores with santos, it was plain obvious that he was a future star.

I even dare to say that in those times.... he was ebhind a lot of robinho´s succesfull.

He is a classy player... he was the best in santos at that time, and he will be the best here too.

Theres no two ways about it?..

and after all...why the hate against the guy?

Dude, just enjoy the moment. He played well yesterday, we are happy, we are looking forward to see him play his first official match with juve and we hope he succeeds. That's about as far as we've gotten. Its not like we're saying he deserves a ballon d'or.

I've never been so tempted to get a jersey with a new signing's name printed on the back.

Diego: “We can win everything”
Thursday 30 July, 2009

Diego has spoken of the joy he felt after scoring his first goal for Juventus and the belief within the squad ahead of this season.

The 24-year-old joined Juventus from Werder Bremen earlier this summer and made his debut on Tuesday night against Seongnam.

He didn't wait long to make his impact felt, pulling off two step-overs in the box before getting his shot away to score his first goal for the Bianconeri.

“I dreamed that my first goal here would be a special one just like this. I hope it is the first of many, but meanwhile I am enjoying the satisfaction of my debut,” Diego said.

“It all went perfectly. I haven't played for two months. We won and I scored. It couldn't have gone better.”

Asked if a decision had been made as to who would take the free kicks for Juventus, Diego replied: “I didn't come to Juve to compete with Del Piero, who is one of the best in the world and deserves respect, especially in this team.

“I am here to do my job, to have my space and to win.”

The former Santos youngster was also pleased with the way he linked up with Juventus' strikers.

“They are four players of the highest level. I have to get to know them and study the movements they make in order to find out how they prefer to have the ball, but with people like them everything will be easy,” Diego explained.

The Brazil international then took the chance to reject claims suggesting Ciro Ferrara has changed the system for him.

“No, Ciro understood the way I play. I do the same things I did at Werder and against Seongnam I found myself very well as a trequartista.

“For me, this system is ideal. My team-mates are intelligent and everyone has tried it at least once in their careers. It will not be a problem. It's a little change, but more offensive.

“Our style of play is very important, but even more important will be the integration with Italian football and Italian life. We are not here to play the Brazilian way. We are here to play for Juve.”

Finally Diego outlined his objectives for next season.

“For a team like Juventus it is impossible to limit yourself just to participating. With the players that we have, and the amount of money we have invested this year, we have to win.

“This is the mentality that I have found in my new team-mates. We have a good level of competition in the squad. We know that the Champions League is a difficult objective, but we are convinced that it's within our reach.”
