You cant make that assumption as Krasic is yet to play in Black and White.

Secco did spend too much on a player that simple hasnt as of yet fulfilled his potential with Juve. 15 mil is a good price for a decent player these days expecially when Milner went to City for 25 mil
Read and understand. Try that again. And try reading what you wrote again.

All Man City sales now are, generally, Player Value + 50%, no point considering them when trying to compare transfer deals. They're to blame themselves for throwing cash at people...but its worked for them so far!
it is because this is whom you have to compete with in the transfer market...

That why if you can get a coverted player throughout Europe like Krasic for 15 mil and he turns donw Man City who would pay a lot more you have doen a good job.

Selling Diego was a big mistake.Time will prove this. I am sure about it! Negative point for Marotta! IMO, this is his third mistakes of the transfers so far:

1. Losing Cristico; Right now they are looking for LB who can also play in center, but we own one of best just 2 months ago! Big big mistake!

2. Losing Candreva; Another great Italian talent that will shine this season! Just why we didn't keep him?

3. Losing Diego; No comment. Everybody knows why!

If Marotta has buy Di Natale, then it would be his fourth mistake.

#1- Criscito sucks and has said repeatedly that he does not want to play for Juve.

#2 If Aquilani is healthy, he runs circles around Candreva all day, every day.

#3 Let's see who they replace him with before we rush to judge.

Thats all I'm saying. Anything around 18 million is perfectly acceptable. As long as we get a good replacement that is.
There are reports that it is 17m + 2m bonus. Let's wait till it's official.

To everyone that is lamenting the situation about Diego being sold, and for "only" 15 million, think about these two bullet points for a minute.

#1) This is not the regime that bought him in the first place, so to blast Marotta and Company for selling him for 15 million is unfounded in my opinin. If they were the ones that purchased him last year for the 24.5, and then turned around and sold him, then its more than justifiable.

Which leads me to point number two

#2) For everyone that is hung up on the money, isn't it entirely possible, with the gift of hindsight, that Secco grossly overpaid for him in the first place, and that his value shouldn't have been that high to begin with?

I'm sorry but I have to disagree.

Point 1: regardless of who bought him, he is still a juve asset and selling him is still their choice and giving only one season is a joke.

Point 2: considering his original purchase price was considered a bargain at the time, selling him for a paltry 15 ish million is a poor move and smacks of a desperate sell.especially if it is for an option on another target man of which there are plenty about.

Because I don't want to waste much time on this, I'll just take your post and read it out for you.

You cant make that assumption as Krasic is yet to play in Black and White.
So he could be as bad or worse than Diego was.

Secco did spend too much on a player that simple hasnt as of yet fulfilled his potential with Juve.
Secco didn't pay for a player who didn't fulfill his potential with Juve. He bought a player who carried Werder on his shoulders. The above statement makes no sense at all.

15 mil is a good price for a decent player these days expecially when Milner went to City for 25 mil
Proves that we are being underpaid for Diego.

1) Could be, but I don't think he is world class.

2) They wanted 7,5M for half, he is not worth 15M

3) Has shown promise nothing more. Wait to judge until the end of August.

We have lost a good player, but it is not the end of the world. Get a grip ffs. People in here saying Marotta is as bad as Secco, before we have played a single game in serie a yet. Don't be so myopic !

Who can replace diego? Who is available on transfer market? we have only 5 days to make a deal!

1) Di Natale? gg
2) Pazzini? 50/50 (only if we'll over pay for him 20ml+ euros)
3) Cassano? He is interista. piece of shit
4) Foreign player - no, it's only 5 days left, it's hard to make deal in that period, and we don't have moggi who can make any transfer in 1 day
