Buck, he's talking about Slyvie... obviously.

Is he really?

Maybe it's just me, but I never liked him. Plus, I don't think he's the kind of player we can afford when it comes to wages.
I think he is. Always has been one of my favourites, with the big problem of having the world's absolute best infront of him where he plays. ( Sneijder in our NT, Kaká at Madrid )

I wasn't thinking about the numbers when I said that, just the player's qualities. Madrid probably won't let go of him anyway, because of Kaká's injury. Purely hypothetically.

There aren't that many players who could replace Diego in our current system, if he were to go. I think VDV could do that though, no doubt.

I thought we got rid of Giovinco because we had Diego playing instead but now were getting rid of both, seriously whats going on? Does this mean that they simply thought Giovinco was rubbish?
Yeah i know what you mean this would definatly hurt a lot more now that we have already gotten rid of Gio.

I really don't think he's going to be sold. It wouldn't make any sense unless we have a replacement lined up that hasn't been mentioned in the media yet (Dzeko plays a different role), and I doubt that.

16m? If Marotta want to sell Diego, it should be at least above 20m and i hope the same we paid him to Bremen.. For 16m, Wolfsburg will only get Grygera, Tiago, Grosso in package deal..

But i really have the feeling Marotta bought Martinez for SS as he has good rate scoring goal as midfielder and has good aerial ability scoring goal from header, kind like Cristiano Doni's role when Del Neri coaching Atalanta.. That's why i don't suprise if this news is true but still i think the decision is not good

I'm sorry, what? The guy is class.
He is, but not suited to Italian football.

Juventus, man ffs we used to be that team that was out of the reach for everyone, Real Madrid were buying our star player for the biggest amount back then, and we still kicked their asses, the media back then rated us the highest.

I had kids at my school that even said to me I supported the best club in the world, but right now I need to fear that a mid table, German, Bundesliga club that gets sponsered by a car factory that was created by one of the biggest Europeans mass murderers are stealing away the best player Juve have. for a 16 MLN price, we paid 12 ML for Martinez his shady ass. Just, wow.. :sergio:

Well, I am far from certain that Diego is a perfect fit for our current system (or what we believe that current system is going to be) to begin with. So if we do think about replacing Diego, then that doesn't necessarily mean going for a similar player.

Oh, and I left out the rest of your quote because you're obviously a VDV fanboy ;)

And people should have learned from this summer in particular, that almost every agent is trying to get their moment of fame in every news story.

Just look at what this guy said about Dzeko.

This is utterly ridiculous! Diego wants to stay, and so does Del Neri. He's shown that he can do well in teh SS role. I hope that Diego refuses this whole transfer and stays with the club! How the hell is Marotta even doing this shit?

Selling Diego would be fucking retarded. And for what? To keep Del Piero's starting place and giving the sub to fucking Martinez? This board pisses me off even more than Secco.
