Nothing really concrete is being said in that video, but here goes:
Diego takes the word (for lack of a better translation), but we obviously don't know what he says. Uses a lot of gestures because he doesn't speak Italian perfectly. They assume he's talking about our movements on the pitch, positioning, formation, etc.
Then one journalist asks what it means, the other replies: "Can't really say anything because we have very few details, but Diego gives a positive impression."
They also mention that Diego has to do "more", because he is a player that is paid a lot of money (more than others). So, in difficult times he needs to take personal responsability (to help the team).
