dude, c'mon, think about it...look at how the opposition defences are beating the crap out of him in every game, of course he will be less effective...any time he's on the ball they start snapping at his heels like a bunch of rabid dogs

But all good players are given that treatment, and he was subject it in the bundesliga as well. He certainly hasnt settled in yet though. And it doesnt help when the team as a whole is playing like crap

Yes, that is true and he sure does wins us a lot of fouls but the game is more than that. His set pieces were horrible yesterday for example.

I think it just shows how crucial Momo's absence was...him being there would have created a lot more breathing space for Diego, and of course losing Camo early really messed up everything

This is true and that's why I am not blaming him for the loss nor I am saying that he was poor last night, the whole team didn't show up. That's how I saw it.

Cassano? Have you seen Sampdoria's match?

And if you think Legrottaglie would have done a better job against the other teams...have a nice day :)

I think you are way to overcritical of Diego, he is just one player not the whole team and when the team around him plays poorly there is not much he can do, he is only 24 as well which is not real young for a football player in general but it is young for a player to have such an important role and so much expectation at a big club like Juventus, players like Fabregas are the exception not the norm. Give him some time he is a quality player

That's exactly what I said using other words.
