He was great against Sampdoria. I'm afraid he lacks consistency but I won't blame him for that based on last night's game where the whole team didn't show up.
dude, c'mon, think about it...look at how the opposition defences are beating the crap out of him in every game, of course he will be less effective...any time he's on the ball they start snapping at his heels like a bunch of rabid dogs

But all good players are given that treatment, and he was subject it in the bundesliga as well. He certainly hasnt settled in yet though. And it doesnt help when the team as a whole is playing like crap

I think it just shows how crucial Momo's absence was...him being there would have created a lot more breathing space for Diego, and of course losing Camo early really messed up everything

This is true and that's why I am not blaming him for the loss nor I am saying that he was poor last night, the whole team didn't show up. That's how I saw it.
I think you are way to overcritical of Diego, he is just one player not the whole team and when the team around him plays poorly there is not much he can do, he is only 24 as well which is not real young for a football player in general but it is young for a player to have such an important role and so much expectation at a big club like Juventus, players like Fabregas are the exception not the norm. Give him some time he is a quality player
