To be honest Udogie should be one of our main priorities for sure (this along with getting a top winger, top CB and top CM ofc), he is also italian and soon to be azzuri starter on that left side (italjuve mercatto first requirement already checked) while still only 19yo and plays on a position/area on the pitch that we’ve been seriously lacking someone of his ability in for quite some time now. He has more or less been impressive whenever i’ve watched him play and to me he gives the impression that he could fit in perfectly with our current setup.
We should get him, he's a star in the making. Also both Milan and Inter are set on the left, should be an easier negotiation.
His stock is on a upwards trajectory so i would rather worry that there is the EPL and LaLiga that could compete with us or even potentially snatch him away by throwing exaggerated amounts of money Udinese’s way…
Even if we do somehow manage to find a formula to bring him here i still do not expect it to be cheap or easy by any means, but i do believe that if we really are interested and willing to meet/get close to Udinese’s demands he will likely also have us as his first choice.
