Delle Alpi to be restructured (3 Viewers)

Which option for the delle Alpi: Restore or Rebuild?

  • Restore = Pisanu/UEFA compliance, 50k seats, same structure, same stands-to-pitch gap

  • Rebuild = 40k seats for brand-spanking new park socking us into debt. (Costs 10x+ more than Restore)

maybe if the stadium design etc was better then juve WOULD attract 40-50,000 for home games-unfortunately never seen juve play but i suspect im not missing much with the delle alpi in the state it is at the moment...

This stadium is a mistake because of its location. I wonder if they ever build what they wanted JuveMondo next to it so it will be more attractive, hotels and such. Without it, it's still completely stupid to have a stadium so far off the city and far off most of the fans who are so far away... if they keep the stadium, they just have to press on extending the new subway metro of torino all the way to the stadium or it's just waste.

Don't take this the wrong way, but have you ever been to the delle Alpi? It's not like it's in the middle of the Alps.

There is not a lot to do around the delle alpi. That is no problem for the ultras (and me becuase the match is the most important thing) but perhaps the families want to eat and drink and do some shopping before and after the match.
But if somebody really wants to watch juventus it is not so difficult to reach. Nevertheless it would be great if the city would build a underground there.

What is more a problem than the location are the ticket prices. if a family (parents+2children) goes to the stadium and does not want to sit in the curva it costs more than 100 euros. if you also can watch the game at home for 4 euros a lot of people stay at home.
Tickets for Juventus-Rimini cost about 30 euros (curva 15). That is much too expensive to my mind.

Football in general is getting too expensive, wages need to be brought down drastically, im talking 50-70%, transfer fees need to be brought down, this way the working man can afford to watch a game.
Clubs may think they are shovelling in the cash now, but they are in danger of killing of next generation of fans. Who are these next-gen fans, they are the kids who go with their dads to watch the games. So imagine this if a dad wants 2 take his kid or kids he has to plan to pay a minimum of 100$ for the whole day. its not healthy IMO and Tommy Smith with a Y is of the same opinion.

Yes, if kids watch games on tv and don`t go to the stadium with their dad they will never go to the stadium. ticket prices are just too high. fans should not have to think twice before they buy a ticket. we get 20 times more money from tv than from ticket sales. if they would be alittle bit cheaper it would not cost a lot of money. tickets should be affordable for everybody.
