Delle Alpi to be restructured (6 Viewers)

Which option for the delle Alpi: Restore or Rebuild?

  • Restore = Pisanu/UEFA compliance, 50k seats, same structure, same stands-to-pitch gap

  • Rebuild = 40k seats for brand-spanking new park socking us into debt. (Costs 10x+ more than Restore)

since its going to cost about 90 million we will need to do like Arsenal with emirates and that way they would pay for most of it, if not all

"With Juventus being relegated due to the 2006 Calciopoli Scandal, the original redevelopment plan has been altered. The new plan is for the capacity of the delle Alpi to be reduced to 50,000. Like the former strategy, the running track is to be removed with views from the stands also being improved."

EDIT: never mind, someone just told me the above pictures are outdated

I think the newest plans, concerning the restructering of Delle Alpi are to practically destroy the current stadium and build almost a completely new one in it's place. Only the adress staying the same.
I wish the adress would change as well.

I thought they said the priority now would be the team not the stadium,
its almost impossible to find a sponsor willing to spend 100 mil for us in our current situation
and how long this project will take?
will we ever come back to Delle Alpi?
Do our managers have a plan or just a dream?

reduced to 50.000 foolish

every team trying to bigger stadium
Let me share with you some of my memories when I was still a fan: in the Coppa Italia home match against Sampdoria in the 2001-2002 season, only 237 spectators showed up. As I recall, there was a dog somewhere outside the stadium and even on television you could clearly hear it barking.

I say 50.000 is vastly too optimistic.

this is solution

build a new stadium in center of city or move to another city

Those aren't solutions if you only have a Serie B budget to your disposal. How much money do you think land in downtown Turin, one of Italy's major cities, goes for?

Moving Juve´s stadium to another city is ridicoulous, I know Turin is not that beautiful, but we have to stay in our city.

of course, don't listen to turk's nonsense :p , butunless we are closer to the center i don't think a new stadium will do much for our poor attendances.
