Everything is on Juve.

He we don't offer him anything (which wouldn't be surprising) then he could easily end up in Napoli. Just imagine, they are building one hell of a team with a tight budget.

Again, can you see Trez being part of a successfull counter-attacking side? I sure as hell can't.

He still has one year in his contract left worth 4.5m a season, I honestly can't see Napoli or any club for that matter paying him half that ATM.

Why not? Just don't ask him to go back and defend everytime the opposition has the ball and you got yourself a finisher lurking in the penalty box waiting for a goal to grab. It can't get any better than that, just ask Napoli fans about Denis and Quargia and wait for the insults to pour on their shitty finishes. Trezigoal is what they need keeping in mind the assists thats gonna come his way with the likes of Lavezzi, Hamsik and that other Argentinian left winger who cost us our last home game against these fuckers.

He'd have to be 10 yards offside to keep pace with Hamsik

Yeah, some people think poachers like Trez are football cripples. Good for nothing but tap-ins.
A poacher has nothing to do with tap-ins it's got to do with the section of the pitch from where they score their goals and usually their high off the ball movement which a slow Trez can't do in a counter system.

He is slow, there's no denying that, but his game never relied on pace much. Fact is, Lavezzi and Trez would compliment each other perfectly. Lavezzi would do all the running for him, draw defenders onto him and open up cracks for Trezeguet to exploit. Trezeguet's off the ball movement is what it's all about. While Lavezzi is dribbling two guys, Trez will find himself in a one-on-one position with the keeper.
