Trez for Grosso = Disaster!

Replacing a proven world class striker with an average LB?! :shifty: That is why i say, this is BS, even if they give us Grosso + 8 Million Euros.
As much as i hate seeing trezeguet leave Juve but i think this would be a good move by our guys. You get Grosso (not a fan of him) but the guy is what those guys want for the LB position + getting an extra 8 mil which would help us in signing D'Agostino. Am for this move :coffee:

and then we will need to buy another striker too. so we will have to give another 10-12 mil for him...

I hope Trez does leave for Lyon, he has done so much with us but I believe its the best time for him to leave. I don't think we'll be able to keep a striker force consisting of Amauri, Iaquinta, Trez and DP happy all year long anyhow.

Gigli is retarded, one day he claims that and the other day he claims smth else...
He is totally clueless and not to be trusted, he had proved that time and time again.

If we sell Treze and use 2 starters and sub forwards, we will buy one more forvet.
We will either save for Cassano when Elkann joins, or we will just buy Pandev now...

Gigli said Juve probably won't buy Trezeguet's replacement.
^^^ :agree:

This what he said and for the first time i agree with Gigli. We allready have amauri, Iaq, del piero and Gio thats enough IMO. We can add one of our youngsters as a 5th choice attacker (maybe Paolucci).

Lyon chase Trezegol
Thursday 2 July, 2009
Olympique Lyon President Jean-Michel Aulas has revealed his wish to replace Karim Benzema with David Trezeguet.

The French side sold their star man to Real Madrid yesterday for £30m and are now looking to Juventus’ bomber as a potential reinforcement to their attacking package.

“I would fancy signing Trezeguet,” noted Aulas.

Juve are more than willing to negotiate and the price tag shouldn’t be a problem as they are set to ask for around £8m. Lyon could also offer the services of Fabio Grosso, who has just recently been linked to the Old Lady.

“Fabio spoke to the Coach about leaving the club and we may let him,” Aulas told Le Progres.

“Losing Benzema was a big blow for us. The Spaniards offered him three times as much so we couldn’t really stop him.”

The former Ligue 1 champions also sold Abdul Kader Keita to Galatasaray for £6m and could use that money to get to Trezegol.

But the Frenchman isn’t their only target as they have also made enquires about Porto’s Lisandro Lopez, Toulouse’s Andre-Pierre Gignac and Nice’s Loïc Rémy.
