If Trez wouldnt mind a bit differant role, i think we should keep him, he could be useful coming from bench as a sub striker.
if you're thinking few seasons ahead i don't think anyone would mind him coming of the bench, but if you're talking near future here, i don't think it would work. trez is a first team player, he wouldn't accept that role.

besides if he seems to have some motivation problems, then coming from bench he might be more eager to score.
as i said i think everyone has motivational problems, but it might be a good idea to do a "capello" on him for a few games.

Me neither. I threw a bunch of consonants together and that's what came out. :p I just put a phrase into a translator and that's what it spit back at me. It's either "are we settled?" or "are we cool?".
lol, but yeah we're cool, we've never been uncool. :D

and more he will be the president :eyebrows:
And some of the members will reach an orgasm then. :eyebrows:

Yeah, I remember.. He scored in 75' against Madrid in CL 1/8..

Some members will be angry if someone call Trezeguet "bench warmer".. They used to say "Put DP on the bench.. He is too old..." :blah:
He´s not too old YET, but he will be next year, face it.

And what's up with salihamidzic who signed a four year contract. He is 30 now.. That means that he can play only 2 years on highest level comparing with DP.

Why do you have to compare him with DP is beyond me. One is a winger and the other is a forward. But hey, feel free :)

Trezeguet overtakes Anastasi

“I’m pleased with the goal as it helped us secure an important victory. Even more so with Bari coming up in a few days’ time; we need to show that Mantova was just a one-off”. David Trezeguet sealed his 132nd goal with the Bianconeri tonight, overtaking Anastasi in the Juventus all time scorers chart. It was a valuable goal which helped Deschamps’ men hold off the Cesena come back and take top spot in the table alongside Napoli: “After the sending-off of Zebina the game obviously changed shape and we had to work for the result. These things happen though. Jonathan has apologised to the whole team, he’s a very important player to us. Someone else will need to take his place against Bari, but whoever plays will get the job done”.

yep, he just keeps on loosing it.

United offer Ron to Juve
Wednesday 17 January, 2007
Manchester United are supposedly ready to offer Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus in return for David Trezeguet and Raffaele Palladino.

Turin-based newspaper Tuttosport claims that United have renewed their interest in the Frenchman, who was already targeted last summer as Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s successor following his Real switch.

The Old Trafford outfit are apparently therefore ready to offer Ronaldo to the Bianconeri, but Sir Alex Ferguson has now asked for 22-year-old Palladino to be included in the operation as well.

While Juve are ready to sacrifice Trez, whose contract expires in 2008, they are unlikely to allow Palladino to leave seeing as he is part of their future plans.

Juventus have instead offered a youngster between Paolo De Ceglie, Claudio Marchisio and Sebastian Giovinco and are now waiting for a reply from the Premiership side.

Ronaldo is a market target for various European clubs including Barcelona, Valencia and Real Madrid, but Juventus could be favoured in the race to sign the 22-year-old.

The Bianconeri are ready to offer the midfielder a contract which would see him keep hold of his lucrative image rights.

Sportswear giants Nike, who supply both the player and the Italian club, are also reportedly ready to financially help the Turin giants net the 2006 World Cup star.

He will stay for 6 months. He might leave afterwards though as he really wants to play in Europe, the champions league.
if he wants to leave, we mustn't stop him. this is probably the best time to sell him. though i'll be hoping gigli makes us that competitve squad and all of them stay.

I'd prefer Trez to stay at least another year, but if he wants to go..... As for ManU wanting Palla.... NO WAY! He is our future, as is Paolo & Claudio.
HANDS OFF OR DIE, Fergie! :boxing: :ferocious :skull:

Salihamidzic is "Nedved type" of a player, I think he can easily play for 3 more years.

Abt. Trezeguet, he will probably leave, but what´s this nonsense about Palladino, Cristiano Ronaldo is not worth giving Palladino AND Trez away.

:agree: Too right he's NOT! Fergie's at it. Secco should tell him where to get off.

Goodbye Trezi!

God I will miss him.

yeah, he's like a kid when he scores. :D

edit: translation mark?
Somehow I knew you were going to react first. :D

Apparently Trez had made his mind and he is determined to leave.

Probably the Board won´t make problems about his departure.

Chelsea, ManUre and Lyon want him.

BTW I´m keeping the rights to protect myself from a bad translation.

This is not 100% reliable (my translation) :p

oh well...if the news is true there isn't much we can do. i'm gonna keep hoping though, but if he does leave i'd prefer klose over huntelaar.
