One thing is for sure: Trez now has to fight for his place, just like DP did with Ibra (even tho Capello was extremely biased), I think we can count on CR's objectivity.
No more guarantees, if Trez is anything like DP he will deliver under pressure which would make him even more of a legend.
I don't know, I think Trezeguet is Ranieri's favourite and because of that Amauri will suffer and get less chances than he deserves since Ranieri will be blindly biased to Trez. I have that feeling. Just look how much Trez played last season and Ranieri's statements about him. The guy is in love with him.

No, that won't happen. This is clearly Amauri's season. Trez will need to get back into fitness first and that will take a while, plus finding form after such a long time is another factor. Trez will start a number of matches but when it comes to crucial games, Amauri will be the first pick unless something changes.

I don't see why folk think there has to be a definite best pairing up front.

Rotate Trezeguet, Del Piero and Amauri depending on form, fitness and the opposition.

Amauri-Trezeguet? I'm not into it TBH.

Trezeguet-Giovinco, Amauri-Giovinco, Trezeguet-Del Piero - Amauri - Del Piero

I'm with Amauri and Trezeguet playing if we're using a trident. Amauri isn't creative and we all know Trezeguet. Creativity is a must. And putting both Del Piero and Giovinco on the bench wouldn't be a force.

I think Trez-Amauri would probably only work if Giovinco was in the team as well, otherwise we would be too predictable and reliant on long balls.

My point was primarily that I don't think there is a need to choose between Trezeguat and Amauri as I believe they can co-exist.

Indeed. If Toni and Klose can mix, these two could as well.

With Ale it can work I think. Like Dru has posted.

i wasn't including gio
amauri trez
dp

They're two different things here. Any partnership for Bayern would work in Bundesliga. Another thing is that Bayern got Ze Roberto, Ribery and the others to produce creativity.

They're actually quite similar and Ze Roberto's got nothing to do with it, since he hardly plays. Ribery is the key, or in our case, Giovinco.

Ze Roberto is creative. Whenever he played he produced.

Thats what I meant. Both Trezeguet and Amauri playing without Ale or Seba isn't good since non of Pavel(he's not as creative as before), Marchionni, Sissoko, Marchisio got the vision or the ability to create chances for our attackers.

Ze Roberto is a fine player, I always liked him but I'm saying Ze Roberto is not playing. Hardly at all this season, coming of the bench most of the time.

That's why I agreed with juve_red and said Giovinco is a must, instead of Nedved. With Both Giovinco and Camo in the middle, we'd have enough creativity.

Yeah, I wasn't referring on Ze Roberto's playing time, I was saying that Bayern got players able to produce creativity for Klose and the useless Toni.

With both Camoranesi and Gio then things can look different, indeed.

I believe CR will be rotating the usage of players. Like most of you might think.

But I also believe that once Trez is back, he is gona be in the starting line.

And I dont want to see Trez with Amauri. And we can't compare them to Toni & Klose.

The only scenario that I see Trez & Amauri together, is if we have someone behind them and that is not possible in Juve.
