Heated argument with Luis Enrique in training lead to him just walking off the pitch while Enrique was talking to him.

Suits us well, give them Amauri and take Pizarro.

Always liked Pizarro. If we get him cheap that could be a great acquisition, the only issue i see is his age. If he's the vice pirlo then neither of them are really long term options.

Pizarro would be a fairly useful addition to the squad. I wouldn't call him completely over the hill after watching some games he's played this season but I wouldn't want him on a long and lucrative contract. We need to find a better Pirlo-vice in the summer mercato. Someone young with big potential.

Its not like Pirlo will suddenly be a finished payer by the summer. A decent sub for him will be enough. I'm unable to think of anyone, (we could get) who could do a better job than Pirlo.

So you'd get Pizarro now & an additional new player in the summer?

Sounds like a waste of time & resources to me.

he won't, but we can't rely on him next season. With the euros there also in the summer he won't be full fit when the season start imagine if we play cl too. That will make 50 games next season. We can't expect Pirlo to be good every game. I think we need someone better for Pizzarro to feel that gap.
We need to save Pirlo for CL then and have someone who can be the playmaker also in Serie A.

Of course Montolivo would be better variant... but Pizzaro more proper figuer as a sub...who will seat on the bench waiting for his chance and woun't resent.

I want someone younger next season who can learn a few things from Pirlo and still get time to play when Pirlo isn't fit or we don't need him.
So in 2013-2014 he can start more and Pirlo can be his sub. Then in 2014-2015 he is ready to be a starter for us for like 10 years.
