Few years back people on this forum were bashing Barzagli and laughing at him. And that was when he played for Palermo and was doing very well. Look where he is now: best defender in Serie A in two consecutive years.
during the last years of Barzagli Palermo were conceding shitload of goals, over 50 every season and that was not a few years back, Barzagli left Palermo in 2008.

Padoin, Peluso, Lucio, Giaccherini, do they tell u stg?

Conte may not have asked for Bonera. But he definitely gave his OK for it. He has a lot of bargain power in Juve right now. His opinion might be as important as of Nedved, Marotta, Paratici, only being under Agnelli.

And he absolutely love these average Italian guys who play hard and don't complain for being backups. He really loves them.
exactly what you need, for a 5th CB. And free agent

Marrone is also cack at CB and needs to be loaned out/co-owned. Caceres alone is not enough if we plan to play 3 at the back again.

why cant you people understand this is the ideal second cb sub ?

why do you think talents want to be second cb sub ?
    Because it isn't.

No matter if he's a sub, he's a shit player. Giving him a chance on field is retarded because he blows.

It makes no sense and it's a retarded deal. YES, even for a bench option.

Why would he be the "5th choice" CB? He's worse than both Caceres and Peluso...

... who aren't really that good in the first place and shouldn't even be the direct CB substitutes. They should be moved down the pecking order and a higher quality backup defender signed.

What a massive drop in quality it is whenever we play without Barzagli or Chiellini.

I disagree. Peluso does a great job as a vice-chiellini. It's not the same as the real deal, but he is just as aggressive as Chiello which makes it easier for Bonucci to cover for his short coming. Peluso is da man :agree:
