Loan of 30m, right. Sounds like Arab Mafia writing stories for L'Equipe.
Yeah there is low chance chance this is true , but it might have been a Multi year loan plus option to buy at end. Remember juve loaned the original version of kolo Muani: morata from atletico for 2 years for 20m loan back in 2021. Assuming inflation 30m doesn’t sound too far off ….

Comolli seems to be the most competent guy Juve have had in charge since Marotta.
For now it might seem that way but his next decision (together with Modesto, Chiellini and Elkann probably) will be very important and might be decisive in it; the sporting director. We should start seeing rumours very soon.

I thought that’s already sorted? As in the current Benfica sporting director Rui Pedro Braz is set to join us this autumn after his contract ends there, everything seemed to be pointing that way during the summer, hence why this subject gone quiet since a while.

Assuming no other new rumors did the rounds recently that is.

Oow, I've seen that one somewhere. Didn't know that it's a done deal... Don't know the guy but Benfica is pretty shrewd in general. Gotta look into that.

I guess we’ll eventually find out sooner rather than later if it’s true.

Then as with everyone who is linked to us there’s been some mixed feeling and opinions regarding him, i remember some of the debates here on this subject a couple of months ago which resulted in the guy getting mocked for having been a TV presenter or something before, so who knows...

I tend to give reasonable credibility to this rumor simply because his contract does expire on September 30th and it matches the current pattern of hiring directors that are not italian.

The only good thing is, we didnt fund any italian team. Maybe we will get -15 points reduction because of that, who knows....

But he was unable to bring a midfielder and backs, what we neded in the first place. If we survive until winter mercato with koop as the only substitute of locatelli and mckennie of thuram, we'll have luck

This can indeed be a problem.
Last year, Thuram and Locatelli in midfield played 72.5% of all minutes. Douglas Luiz+Fagioli covered 16.5% minutes, and the other 11% in CM were covered by Koop and McKennie, who played most of their minutes in other positions, not as CMs.

Now we don't have Luiz and Fagioli, so Koop and McKennie will have to step in and cover their 16.5%, which is doable. But an injury to even one of our CMs will fuck up everything. Two injuries at the same time and we're done.

Doesn't surprise me, Sancho's attitude was always concerning to me, clubs have caught onto it and he somewhat got away with it in Dortmund, but even they complained about his lack of application.
How did you know that Sancho won't sign? You were convinced that he won't ("Sancho is definitely not arriving"), while the other gurus claimed that "Jadon Sancho is a done deal" (AndreaCristiano) "Juve still in the race for Sancho" (Mark), "Juve will sign Sancho if Nico leaves" (Belarus boy).

There was alot of confusion around Sancho, some said we made a bid and was waiting on other factors etc... others that we didn't, my belief is that enquiries were made whether it was from Sancho's side or ours I don't know, and I think there was some degree of interest but not alot of it as there were too many question marks regarding form and his attitude problems are quite well documented both at Man utd when he pissed Ten Hag off, also he would be late a lot at Dortmund, to me this was quite a big red flag which we picked up on and ultimately we never followed up the enquiry and left it there, it was evident that by as early as July, news on the Sancho to Juve went quiet which meant he was no longer an option, soon confirmed by sources of my own, hence why I announced sometime ago that Sancho was not coming. I know that scared a lot into thinking I was jinxing it but for all of my complaints about Comolli, I think he is carrying out better due dilligence than Junktoli ever did.
